You could always get a bit more adventurous, too. Try pairing Malbec with rich dark chocolate, buttery caramel and a hint of salt. There's some serious mingling of flavors going on in a dessert like that. And when Malbec joins, the party really gets started.
Of course don’t be afraid to think outside the box (of chocolates). Chocolate isn't always necessary for Malbec to play nicely with dessert. The proof is in the pudding.
